- Let me start by saying that I am No pastry Chef or expert Baker. I am a mom that loves what she does.Whatever that is... And of cause I love to decorate cakes for kids. Just to see their face lighting up when they look at the Birthday cake makes my day. I love contributing to that positive energy. I enjoy creating the "Party Table"... I love to bake cake from scratch or from the box! That is right, to me they both taste GREAT!
